Logistics & Warehousing
12 new branches, live before opening day
The challenge
A 50+ site logistics company needed 12 new branches online, with redundant internet and SD-WAN, before opening dates, across multiple carriers with no central coordination.
The result
Centralized procurement cut delays, false ‘ready’ locations were caught early, and construction and SLA credits were recovered post-install.

The challenge
The client procured circuits from multiple carriers for 12 new branch locations without a centralized project structure. Carrier service maps showed ‘available’ where local construction was still required, pole-access permits took 60+ days in some municipalities, local carrier reps changed mid-project, and circuits started billing before turn-up.
What we did
We centralized procurement and project management at the carrier level: validating routes early to catch false-ready locations, tracking permits, holding a stable escalation path across carriers, and auditing billing start dates against actual turn-up.
The outcome
Delays were cut, every branch launched with redundant connectivity and SD-WAN integration, and construction and SLA credits were recovered after install. Why do most expansions stall? Not fiber, coordination.
