Automotive Retail
A car dealership that cannot go offline
The challenge
Sales, financing, inventory, staff management, and security all ran on one internet line, and a customer won’t wait around for a loading page to sign for a new car.
The result
A true secondary connection from a second vendor, funded by renegotiating the existing contract, implemented, documented, and supported as new stores open.

The challenge
Imagine you’re about to sign the contract on a brand-new car. The salesman sits down to finalize the paperwork, and all he gets is a loading page. Would you wait around? Would you come back the next day? For a Midwest owner of a series of successful dealerships, this was a real, recurring risk: inventory, customer records, staff management, and even security systems all needed constant internet access.
What we did
The need was ‘true’ redundancy, not just a 5G backup, but a full secondary system ready to kick in immediately if the primary line failed. The blocker was cost. We renegotiated their existing contract and used the savings to secure a secondary connection from another vendor, then managed the entire implementation.
The outcome
A reliable, well-documented failover system, and an ongoing relationship where issues or new store openings are handled with a simple conversation, not a procurement project.
